About the Role As an Overnight Team Leaderyoullmanage a team of up to15 Customer Service Advisors across our overnight and early-morning operating role blends hands on queue oversight with leadership and coaching making it the perfect stepping stone between Supervisor and CustomerService Manager. Youllact as the escalation point for complex queries ensure overnight operations run smoothly and support your team through mentoring and development all while performing your own frontline responsibilities.
