You will be required to establish, maintain and develop strong working relationships with your team and observe and follow the code of conduct set by the business. Key Requirements : Mandatory Relevant security industry experience Current Victorian Private Security Licence. A current National Police Check A current Victorian Driver's License and own transport Previous experience working as a senior or upper management security position Current construction white card (rail industry worker) or willingness to obtain. Desirable A current RIW Card (rail industry worker) or willingness to obtain Qualification in leadership or management (tertiary level) Job Responsibility Demostrated experience leading and supervising a team within the security industry Strong knowledge and experience working as a frontline security officer. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working within the construction industry as a security supervisor Demonstrated knowledge and experience working within the construction industry with construction workers, site supervisor. Demonstrated experience with monitoring and operating site building operation systems and understanding right of entry procedures Ability to work across and manage at multiple sites Ability to provide and facilitate site safety inductions to employees, contractors, or visitors to a site Co-ordinate, monitor and report the activities of security officers Must be able to provide excellent customer service skills Demostrated ability to communicate both verbally and written. Strong knowledge of technological processes and prominent level of computer literacy. Capacity and demonstrated experience creating and producing site reports to upper management, as required Must be literate and proficient in English, possess effective writing skills and strong familiarity with a range of computer programs (word, excel, cloud software programs). Ability to interpret and abide by company policies and procedures At all times, must maintain a clean and respectable professional presentation Strong ability to manage conflict with staff and deliver appropriate and fair disciplinary action measures. Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients. Ability to understand and implement instructions and directions from both management and all clientele.
