Lead Technical Field Engineer Join to apply for the Lead Technical Field Engineer role at Unisys Responsibilities Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network, and software installation and troubleshooting. O365 experience is essential; software and hardware diagnostic skills with building/upgrading PCs. Support for a corporate Windows and Linux environment. Active Directory administration (user and mailbox management). Office 365, Outlook, Exchange, and other critical business application support. Printing support (installation, deployment, configuration, disposal). Complex software installation and troubleshooting. Network fault diagnosis, fault triaging, and root cause analysis. Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors. Provide first‑ and second‑level IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk‑ins, and remote tools. Qualifications Must be an Australian Citizen. Requires a mandatory NV1 security clearance (NV2 preferred). Prior experience working in hardware break‑and‑fix, installation, desk‑side software support, and service desk support.
