Your impact, with us As a Specialist Cardiac Physiologist (Echocardiographer) , you’ll be responsible for delivering best-practice echocardiography procedures across our Melbourne clinics. Working closely with our cardiologists and clinical teams, you'll play a key role in improving patient outcomes through advanced diagnostics and care. You’ll make a meaningful impact by:● Delivering a wide range of echocardiography procedures including transthoracic, exercise stress, dobutamine stress, and assisting with transoesophageal studies● Supporting basic electrophysiology services (e.g. ECG and Holter monitor attachment)● Collaborating with the Lead Specialist Cardiac Physiologist and Clinical Services Manager to ensure effective daily operations● Mentoring and supervising junior echocardiographers through their training and development What you’ll bring To succeed in this role, you will have:● A postgraduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound● Current registration with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR)● Strong clinical skills and attention to detail in echocardiography procedures● Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills● A current Australian driver’s licence and flexibility to work across multiple locations in Melbourne’s east/south-east We would also love you to have:● A commitment to continuous learning and innovation in cardiac ultrasound techniques● A friendly, professional approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Why Advara HeartCare We’re a values-driven organisation where every person matters.
