Overview At Easy Weddings, we help couples create unforgettable wedding experiences and our Destination Weddings team brings those dreams to life across stunning locations worldwide. We’re looking for a Venue & Supplier Procurement Manager to source, contract and onboard incredible destination wedding venues and suppliers, while building strong, long-term relationships that support our sales, planning and marketing teams. This is a hybrid role , based in our Mulgrave office 3 days per week . What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing and contracting new venues, suppliers and experiences across global destinations Managing negotiations and commercial agreements (packages, accommodation, F&B, activities) Driving smooth onboarding, including content collection and asset management Keeping pricing tools, look books and collateral accurate and up to date Building strong supplier relationships and managing communications Keeping sales, planning and marketing teams informed and aligned What Success Looks Like Venues and suppliers are onboarded smoothly and on time Sales teams never need to chase for information Pricing, content and contracts are accurate and current Supplier relationships are positive and well-managed What You’ll Bring Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills Confidence negotiating with venues and suppliers Experience managing contracts, pricing or supplier agreements Comfort working with CRMs and internal systems (or a willingness to learn) A collaborative, relationship-focused mindset Experience in procurement, partnerships, events, travel or weddings is highly regarded.
