Role Description We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented individual to backfill the role of Retail Rewards Program and Planogram Lead . This position plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of our retail rewards program and executing best‑in‑class planogram standards across our retail network. This is a full‑time , on‑site role based in Chatswood, NSW. The Retail Rewards Program and Planogram Lead will be responsible for: Retail Rewards Program: Manage and monitor compliance across participating stores in the Passport to Profit program. Liaise with members, third‑party auditors, and internal teams to ensure program requirements are met. Manage promotional cycle audits, manage reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide training and support to stores to enhance program understanding and execution. Liaise with and manage third‑party auditors. Planogramming management: Develop, implement, and maintain planograms for various store formats and categories. Collaborate with suppliers and category managers to optimise shelf layouts and product placement. Ensure planogram compliance through regular store visits, feedback, and reporting. Use data and insights to refine planogram strategies and improve sales performance. Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, desirable but not required. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to take initiative and work proactively. Prior experience in retail, convenience, or FMCG is highly desirable. Competent in using insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve compliance and merchandising outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers, category managers, members, and auditors. Familiarity with merchandising software, compliance tracking tools, and reporting systems. Ability to monitor, audit, and enforce program standards across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to operational and promotional requirements.
