Electrify your future.**About the role**As a Customer Support Consultant at connectnow, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers, clients, and partners. Working closely with our REA partners, Field Sales, and Operations teams, you’ll deliver exceptional post-sale support, manage escalations, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.In this office-based role, you’ll handle inbound phone and email enquiries, set up and maintain REA partner profiles, process sales data in Moveworks, and keep customer information accurate and up to date.
