About the role As a Customer Support Consultant at Connectnow, you will support customers, clients, and partners. Working closely with our REA partners, Field Sales, and Operations teams, you will deliver post‑sale support, manage escalations, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. In this office‑based role, you will handle inbound phone and email enquiries, set up and maintain REA partner profiles, process sales data in Moveworks, and keep customer information accurate and up-to-date. You will also identify and address recurring issues that impact service quality. What you'll be doing Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Support partners and teams by providing high‑quality administrative assistance to Business Development Managers, real estate partners, and clients. Operate across multiple systems, managing data accurately and efficiently. Champion compliance and professionalism, ensuring all regulatory standards and company values are upheld. Foster a safe and positive workplace, living the AGL values and prioritising physical and mental wellbeing. About you Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to learn. Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8 am‑8 pm and some Saturdays between 9 am‑1 pm. Please submit your application by Friday 28 November 2025 .
