Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration IDEAL CANDIDATE : Excitement for the new product offering, you’ll be selling, it so you need to like it Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in fast-paced retail environment. An open and supportive leader, with the ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity. Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
