Specialising in high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) power system design, analysis, and commissioning, they are known for their technical excellence and strong project delivery. With a growing team and a robust pipeline of projects, they are seeking a senior technical leader to help shape the future of their engineering capability. Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and draftees, fostering technical growth and collaboration. Oversee the delivery of electrical engineering projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations. Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes. Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, working closely with project managers and stakeholders. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align technical solutions with project goals and operational needs. Support the Engineering Manager as second-in-command, contributing to team strategy, capability development, and continuous improvement. Contribute to proposals and bids, providing technical input and helping secure new project opportunities. Conduct occasional site visits to support commissioning, client engagement, or project reviews. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate is a confident and experienced engineering leader with a passion for delivering high-quality electrical solutions.
