Project Support Officer

Step into a pivotal project support role where you’ll help keep a large, complex program running smoothly. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you’ll coordinate documentation, manage DevOps backlogs and schedules, support stakeholder engagements and helpdesk activities, and play a key role in ensuring changes are delivered efficiently and effectively across the enterprise. Canberra, ACT Contract Duration : Until 30 June 2026 (12-month possible extension) Security Clearance Requirement : NV1 Closing Date: 10 : 00am Friday 21 November 2025 Key Responsibilities (Essential Tasks) Develop and maintain procedure manuals, business requirements and process documentation, including managing suitable document repositories Interpret change requests and work with project leads and business analysts to manage and prioritise the project backlog Maintain schedules, sprints and release plans in DevOps and support scrum-related activities across the project Provide helpdesk support, including diagnosing issues, managing access requests, responding to enquiries and supporting UAT and stakeholder forums What We’re Looking For (Key Criteria) Proven experience in project or program support within complex ICT or enterprise environments Strong skills in documentation, record keeping, minute taking and general project administration Experience working in Agile or scrum teams, ideally with exposure to DevOps-based planning and release management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
