You’ll Be Responsible For: Managing a team of supervisors for safe and efficient execution of works Coordinating and scheduling workforce activities to meet project timelines Managing on‑site operations and leading a high‑performing team Maintaining strong client relationships and communication Implementing operational improvement strategies Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities Reporting project progress and quality control Using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project for scheduling and documentation Reviewing project programs and delegating tasks accordingly What We’re Looking For You’re an experienced leader who thrives in high‑energy environments and understands how to keep teams motivated and projects on track. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Supervisor or in a similar role, preferably within industrial services. Leadership skills—you know how to motivate and manage a diverse team, ensuring everyone works together toward shared goals. Safety‑first mentality—you’re committed to upholding health and safety standards. Detail‑oriented—you’re meticulous with reporting, scheduling, and project management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project.
