You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday). As part of the recruitment process this role requires a National Police Check for final candidates. About this work area Fulfilment Operations department secure and execute the excellence in end-to-end operation with a unit including inbound, in-house replenishment, picking and service execution. Responsibilities Implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance the customer and co-worker experience. Fostering close cooperation and strong communication with the Fulfilment Integration team and key stakeholders such as Unit management, support functions, and External Transport / Service Providers to maximise goods availability and customer order fulfilment efficiency. Ensuring compliance with IKEA code of conduct, Standard Operating Procedures, internal regulations, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team. Lead, coach, and developing a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team, cultivating communication, flexibility, and inclusivity. Placing a strong emphasis on nurturing co-worker well-being and managing co-worker performance, competence development and succession planning. Demonstrate a commitment to cost-consciousness, effectively managing resources and operational expenses to maximise efficiency and drive profitability in fulfilment operations. Qualifications & Expectations A Sound understanding of Customer Fulfilment performance monitoring and influencing factors. Proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in Fulfilment Operations, collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams. An Extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains alongside supply chain methods, policies, and requirements. Thorough understanding of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfilment, prioritising the safety of co-workers and customers. Competence in resource planning aligned with potential sales scenarios, forecasts, and fulfilment flow allocation. The passion to lead with integrity and authenticity, championing IKEAs values and encouraging your team to embody these principles in their daily work.
