Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses. Our Construction team supports the growth of our business by focusing on internal and external civil works, plant operation and property maintenance. Location Somersby, NSW Central Coast Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and reliable Civil Plant Operators to join our team. In this position you will operate plant machinery to assist with property maintenance and construction of new facilities. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience operating multiple earthmoving machines (Excavator 1–30 tons, Backhoe, Front end loader, and Bobcat) and relevant tickets Experience in all aspects of civil works Experience installing stormwater drainage and pits, sewerage and service pipes Laser levelling experience – ability to set up and use dumpy levels and pipe lasers Experience in rock hammering, excavation, trenching, piering, bulk excavation and levelling GPS final trim experience Ability to work both independently and within a team, with high attention to detail Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) Valid driving licence and own transport HC (Unrestricted) Licence (advantage) Physically fit to undertake manual tasks Additional Information This is a full‑time permanent position within our Construction team. Candidates must be self‑motivated, willing to meet job deadlines, and deliver the highest quality workmanship.
