About the Role LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne is seeking 2 part-time Master Model Builders. This role involves inspiring and engaging with thousands of children who love LEGO, as well as maintaining and developing new features and building new models at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne. Hours and days are flexible for the right applicants. Responsibilities Create awe-inspiring LEGO models that will wow guests and the media. Interact with guests to ignite their passion for building and designing LEGO creations in play zones. Design one-of-a-kind play experiences as part of our Creative Workshop and LEGO Little Play Squad. Lead conceptualising, designing, producing, and installing events internally and externally; showcase hosting and MC skills. Be the face of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne and represent LEGO as an ambassador; create and deliver engaging social content and handle media interviews across platforms. Uphold high standards for all brick-related products, including maintenance and cleanliness of MINILAND and all models. You will work closely with the Master Model Builder team, frontline operational team, and management to create, implement, and drive LEGO build strategies to exceed guest expectations. About You Strong knowledge and understanding of LEGO design and building. Innate desire to inspire, motivate and engage with guests. Customer-focused experience in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests and colleagues. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills; able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt as needed. Confident being the face of LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne and embody the LEGO values of imagination, creativity, fun, learning, caring and quality. Ability to inspire the builders of tomorrow.
