Our client is delivering a major $800M+ transformation program comprising nine program streams and over 40 projects spanning IT, cybersecurity, facilities, construction, infrastructure, and enterprise systems. To support this delivery, they require a highly experienced Master Scheduler to build and manage the integrated master schedule from the ground up - providing program-wide visibility, governance, and control across a complex delivery environment. About the Role This newly created role will lead the development and maintenance of the program's integrated schedule, establish planning frameworks and standards, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams. You will partner closely with program leadership, PMs, and vendors to identify critical paths, manage dependencies, and enable informed decision‑making at an executive level. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule across nine program streams and 40+ projects Establish planning standards, frameworks, and governance processes Identify and manage schedule risks, dependencies, and critical milestones Support capacity and resource planning across technical and business teams Provide accurate schedule reporting and forecasting to program leadership Key Requirements 10+ years' experience in Master Scheduling, Program Planning, or Project Controls Proven success supporting large‑scale transformation programs ($300M+ preferred) Advanced skills with MS Project or Project Online Strong analytical and critical‑path analysis capability Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills If you would like to know more, please contact Milly Kerei‑Keepa at ***************@talentinternational.com or hit Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
