IT and Digital Recruitment - Engagement Specialist at Exclaim IT About the Job: We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Master Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will orchestrate planning and scheduling services, ensuring efficient resource management and effective monitoring of our Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving project success and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. About the Role: As a Master Scheduler, you will leverage your skills to develop and uphold planning and scheduling standards while collaborating with stakeholders to guarantee that all timeline aspects are meticulously captured and aligned. You will be responsible for assessing program schedules, identifying areas for improvement, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence. Key Responsibilities Utilize scheduling tools (preferably MS Project/Project Online) for effective resource and dependency management. Provide expert advice on planning and scheduling practices to ensure timely deliverables. Facilitate planning workshops to assess project timelines and interdependencies. Evaluate program schedule progress and performance, identifying potential challenges and corrective actions. Implement improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes. Maintain proactive communication regarding resource supply and demand concerns. Mentor team members and share expertise to enhance the overall scheduling competency within the team. Skills and Experience Extensive experience with scheduling tools, especially MS Project/Project Online. High-level written and interpersonal communication skills. Experience facilitating planning workshops and assessing interdependencies. Ability to build stakeholder relationships and drive cross-team collaboration. Sharp analytical skills with a keen attention to detail for identifying weaknesses in schedule designs. Recent experience in large transformation programs within private or public sectors. Knowledge of diverse project management methodologies. Relevant qualifications in project management or related fields.
