Full time, continuing appointment Teaching Focused Academic Level B Salary $108,333 to $128,087 Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave Casuarina Campus Prepare and deliver Field Education and teaching activities for the undergraduate and post-graduate social work courses at CDU About the Position As a Lecturer Social Work / Field Education you will focus on the preparation and delivery of Field Education and teaching and activities within the Faculty of health's undergraduate and post-graduate social work courses. Contributing to the development of curricula and utilising professional and discipline-related expertise in social work to deliver high-quality teaching, you'll design and implement learning activities including lectures, tutorials, assessments and provide timely feedback to students. You will also provide coordination of field education units under the direction of the Academic Lead for Field Education (including placement matching, integrative seminars, liaison visits, supervision, and ensuring placements adhere to the ASWEAS requirements for student learning outcomes). About You To be successful you will require : A Bachelor or Master of Social Work (Qualifying) A relevant post graduate qualification or higher in a related field Minimum of 5 years post qualifying practice experience as a social worker Member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) A post-graduate teaching qualification would be highly regarded (desired) A PhD in Social Work would be highly regarded (desired) To view the responsibilities of the role, please click on the : Remuneration Appointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level B and the base salary will be in the range of $108,333 to $128,087 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $126,749 to $149,861 per annum, including 17% superannuation. What's in it for you?
