About the Organisation CLG Tutoring provides high-quality, personalised education support, helping students gain confidence and achieve academic success across all subjects. Our approach matches students with expert tutors who create engaging and confidence-building learning experiences. We offer a flexible and supportive environment for both students and tutors. Your Role As a Tutor, you will guide students through their academic challenges, providing tailored one-on-one or small group sessions. With assistance via resources and guidance from CLG Tutoring, you will adapt your teaching style to each student’s needs, track their progress, and foster a positive learning environment. Training, Development & Support We provide training materials and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will have access to professional development resources and the opportunity to work with a variety of students to expand your teaching skills. Salary & Benefits Tutors are paid according to the Miscellaneous Award (MA ) , with opportunities for salary increases. Travel compensation is provided for off-site sessions, and bonuses are available for referring new clients who complete paid sessions.
