Senior Claims Administrator

About the Role As a Senior Claims Administrator, you’ll act as a crucial link between insurers, customers, trades, and assessors — ensuring all documentation, communication, and workflows are handled efficiently and professionally. Your strong administrative skills, eye for detail, and understanding of insurance processes will help drive smooth claim outcomes and deliver a high standard of service to our partners and clients. Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of allocated claims from instruction through to completion. Coordinate communication between insurers, builders, assessors, and customers. Prepare, track, and update job documentation and system records accurately. Assist with variations, quotes, and repair progress updates. Follow up on outstanding information to keep claims moving efficiently. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on claim progress and outcomes. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes. About You You are proactive, organised, and take pride in getting the details right. You can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining clear and professional communication with all stakeholders. Experience in insurance, construction, or claims administration (highly regarded). Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The ability to build rapport and manage relationships professionally.
