Key Responsibilities Support the claims team by managing documentation generated during the auto indemnity process Split and reorganize PDF files to ensure accurate document handling Maintain and update records using Netdocs Utilize Aurora Claims Management platform as required Ensure all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain compliance standards Success Criteria 1-2 years of administrative experience Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and PDF editing tools Why work at Avant?
