We are seeking a talented individual to join our JLT Public Sector Team at Marsh Australia . This role will be based in Hobart, TAS office . JLT acts as the Fund Administration Agent (FAA) for the Tasmanian Risk Management Fund , providing a comprehensive approach to managing the insurable liabilities of internal budget agencies. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional services through effective claims management and executive account stewardship. Your role as Claims Administrator is to perform all administrative functions required in the workers' compensation claims process, ensuring positive outcomes for clients in line with business objectives and agreed performance indicators. Responsibilities Process claims payments and follow up on invoices to ensure timely resolution. Ensure accurate claims processing and administration, including file closures. Provide administrative support as required to service the Fund effectively. Collaborate with the in‑house Claims Management Team to deliver positive outcomes. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent data‑entry skills. Previous experience in an administrative role (desirable). Ability to work autonomously within a multi‑skilled team. Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and demonstrate good time‑management skills.
