Come and join the Norweld family THE OPPORTUNITY Due to strong and ongoing demand across Australia, a rare opportunity has opened up for a Salesperson to join the team in Adelaide. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role is to present, promote and sell Norweld’s tray and canopy packages, tailoring solutions to each customer’s dream build. You will combine in‑person showroom consults, phone enquiries and CRM follow‑ups to manage your customers through every step of the sales journey – from quote to final handover. You will also attend shows and events, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every customer receives the Norweld experience. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to sales enquiries, preparing quotes and providing tailored product recommendations Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers and agents Meeting and exceeding sales targets within your assigned region Using Salesforce and JIM2 ERP to manage customer records and communications Performing handovers of completed builds, including walkthroughs and product support Inspecting products prior to installation and supporting quality control Attending state‑based industry shows and networking events to promote the Norweld brand Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high‑quality customer experience WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You are a confident and professional salesperson who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and enjoy working as part of a high‑performing team. An interest in 4WD vehicles and off‑road touring will be highly regarded. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management (automotive or manufacturing experience is an advantage) Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow through with tasks Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Experience with Salesforce and Jim2 (or similar systems) is desirable A high level of initiative, attention to detail and customer focus Sound knowledge of 4x4 makes, models, accessories and brands (preferred) The ability to support vehicle inspections and basic installations (preferred but not essential) This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team, work with a quality Australian‑made product, and help customers bring their dream builds to life.
