Group Director - Sales Operations at TechnologyOne Overview We are seeking a strategic and impactful Group Director - Sales Operations to lead planning, process improvement, technology enablement, analytics, and performance measurement across our sales organisation. Acting as a trusted partner to the Sales leadership team, you will shape sales execution, improve operational efficiency, and foster strong cross‑functional collaboration to drive commercial results. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales operations strategies that enable growth and customer success. Lead annual planning: forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and resource allocation. Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with Sales leadership. Implement and refine scalable processes to improve alignment, efficiency, and execution. Drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks. Strengthen data integrity, compliance and performance visibility across the sales team. Oversee CRM, sales enablement, and marketing automation tools to support productivity. Build analytics capability and deliver dashboards, reporting and forecasting models. Act as a strategic operational partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Customer Success. Align demand generation with sales execution and enablement initiatives. Support onboarding, training, and sales readiness programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA or Master's highly regarded). 10+ years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing Operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven ability to scale operations within a multi‑market or group structure. Strong expertise with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and business intelligence systems. Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving capability. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
