About the Role This is a key role in driving business sales and growth in a boutique studio with big dreams to impact the lives of people through yoga and Pilates. You will be responsible for calling warm leads who have already shown interest in Yoga & Pilates. You will also answer inbound calls and assist clients with membership questions and general studio enquiries. You will guide people through meaningful conversations that uncover their health & fitness goals and help them take their first step. We provide full training, a proven script, and ongoing support so you feel confident in every conversation. You will receive weekly coaching and mentoring to help you grow and improve in your role. Availability when leads come through and during peak hours - midday, 3 pm to 7 pm, and weekends - is essential. This is a Full Time remote, flexible and KPI-driven role, with success measured by calls made, follow-ups done, sales closed, not hours. Uncapped earning potential - your motivation fuels both your income and impact. Who we’re looking for You have proven consultative or phone sales experience with a track record of hitting KPIs and working with scripts. You are confident on the phone and don’t shy away from following up. You are passionate about having life-changing conversations and believe in the impact of wellness and fitness. Bonus points if you have worked in studio sales for Yoga, Pilates, or fitness clubs. You value inclusivity and enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and all walks of life. You thrive on growth, embrace feedback, and won’t back down from the challenge of becoming the best version of yourself You’ll have flexibility, but being available when leads are most active - lunchtime, midday, 3pm to 7pm, and weekends - is key to success. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs to connect with and immerse themselves in the community, but remote applicants are also welcome. We’re looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and start as soon as possible.
