You will be responsible for technical support for Cloud Contact Centre technologies.Essential Skills and Experience:Minimum of 5 years contact centre experience. Avaya, Verint or NICE CXOne certifications highly preferred. In-depth familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management) and extensive hands-on experience in ITIL environments, Hands-on troubleshooting experience on any Contact Centre solutions/applications Experience in UC & CC design, implementation, and operation. Knowledge of major contact centre technologies including: NICE CXOne SBCs and SIP routing AWS and cloud technologies Demonstrated ability to clearly understand detailed design documents for discussion Proficiency in working independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and excelling in high-pressure environments.
