To keep growing we need a proactive and multi‑talented Sustaining Engineer to join our crew About The Role This is a critical hybrid role ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of our entire technology stack. You will be the primary engineering contact for operational support, responsible for rapid‑response fixes across our back‑end (C#) and front‑end (React) systems. You will also proactively improve our security posture, manage corporate hardware (Windows and Mac) and build automation to help the whole business operate more efficiently. Must‑have Experience 3‑5+ years of experience, ideally in an application support, sustaining or full‑stack development role. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework (.NET 4+ / .NET Core). Good working knowledge of React and modern front‑end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Demonstrated experience diagnosing and debugging complex issues across a full technology stack. Proven experience managing both Windows and macOS devices in a corporate environment. A logical and methodical problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Nice to Have Experience with scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash) for automation. Strong understanding of IT security principles and IAM (Active Directory / Azure AD).
