That's why we're looking for a proactive and multi‑talented Sustaining Engineer to join our crew About The Role: This is a critical hybrid role for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our entire technology stack. You'll be the primary engineering contact for operational support, responsible for rapid‑response fixes across our back‑end (C#) and front‑end (React) systems. But this isn't just a support role. You'll be proactively improving our security posture, managing our corporate hardware (Windows and Mac), and building automation to help the whole business operate more efficiently. You'll be the person who solves the tough problems and makes our platform more robust. And yes, you get to enjoy our awesome beachside office. Gold Coast stereotypes are correct—our crew surfs at lunch and hikes on the weekends. Must‑have experience: 3-5+ years' experience, ideally in an application support, sustaining, or full‑stack development role. Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework (.NET 4+ / .NET Core). Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and debugging complex issues across a full technology stack. Proven experience managing both Windows and macOS devices in a corporate environment (e.g., policy management, patching). A logical and methodical problem‑solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. Nice to have: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation. Strong understanding of IT security principles and IAM (Active Directory / Azure AD).
