Senior Immunisation Nurse Salary: $101,221.12 per annum pro rata – Part Time (16hrs p/w) – Permanent. Closing: Friday 28 November 2025. Greater Shepparton City Council is seeking a passionate and qualified immunisation nurse to fill the role of Senior Immunisation Nurse. Council’s Immunisation Team delivers eight public clinics each month targeting infants from 6 weeks to 4 years old, secondary school students in Year 7 & Year 10 and the general public for flu vaccinations according to the National Immunisation Program. Responsibilities Administration of age‑appropriate scheduled vaccinations to the community of Greater Shepparton in accordance with the Australian Immunisation Handbook, the National Immunisation Schedule and Victorian Government funded immunisation programme. Provide clinical advice in relation to eligibility for vaccination, post‑vaccination care and the preparation of catch‑up vaccination plan. Organise the rostering of our team of passionate immunisation nurses. Provide supervision and leadership to our immunisation team to deliver an efficient and effective immunisation service. Monitor vaccine supplies and assist in administrative duties in relation to maintaining client records.
