Purpose of the Role As a Flagship Store Manager at Aesop Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for the overall success and performance of ANZ's high‑profile space, situated in the heart of Sydney's CBD location. The successful manager will be commercially minded with a passion for team building and development for your team of around thirty including two Assistant Store Managers, five Full Timers and part‑time and casual employees. Working full‑time on‑site on a Tuesday‑Saturday roster, you will be responsible for budgeting, store‑specific marketing, building the store's client base and choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. The successful candidate will be a skilled professional, able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
