Staff Specialist – Rheumatology Launceston General Hospital | Tasmania, AustraliaPublic Hospital Appointment | Teaching & Research Focus About the Role Sante Recruitment is proud to partner with Launceston General Hospital (LGH) to recruit a Staff Specialist Rheumatologist to join a collaborative, research-focused team serving the North of Tasmania . This position offers the opportunity to practice in a dynamic regional hospital environment while contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research, and quality improvement . You will: Provide outpatient consultations to public patients across Northern Tasmania. Deliver specialist inpatient advice and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Engage in research and teaching , supported by the Clifford Craig Foundation and the University of Tasmania. Work with supervision and collegial support from the Rheumatology Unit at the Royal Hobart Hospital . About You To be successful, you will: Hold FRACP (Rheumatology) or equivalent. Be eligible for Specialist Registration with AHPRA . Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centred care , teaching, and continuous improvement.
