WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW As the Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, market share and clinical engagement across NSW/QLD. Your responsibilities will include: Driving business growth across NSW and QLD, targeting public and private hospitals, day surgeries, and healthcare groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate decision‑makers to secure long‑term contracts. Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, tender submissions, contract negotiation, and implementation. Apply expertise in infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes to influence adoption and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product management, supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions to customers. Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work independently. WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB? 5–10 years of proven business development or sales experience in healthcare or medical consumables. Strong knowledge of infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes. Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior clinical and corporate levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a self‑motivated and results‑driven approach. Must be able to work 3 weeks in NSW and 1 week in QLD.
