As the exclusive distributor of leading global brands, we are now launching a premium injectable filler range into the Australian market We are seeking a Business Development Manager based in Melbourne with proven success selling injectables, dermal fillers or aesthetic consumables. You will bring strong relationships with key doctors and nurses across Victoria and a strategic, proactive approach to growing an injectable portfolio. As part of the process, you may be asked to present a Go-To-Market plan for launching a new filler into clinics. Key Responsibilities Identify, target and close sales of injectable dermal fillers into aesthetics clinics across Melbourne Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive brand adoption, conversion and repeat ordering. Deliver confident product presentations, in-clinic training support and education on injection techniques, indications and safety. Build, maintain and expand strong relationships with Dermatologists, Cosmetic Physicians, Cosmetic Nurses and clinic owners. Support clinics in delivering optimal patient outcomes through product knowledge, compliance guidance and ongoing technical support. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and clinical preferences to refine territory strategy. Travel as required to support clients and drive growth across your territory. About You You have proven sales success in injectables, dermal fillers, aesthetic consumables, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or skincare. Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient journeys and cosmetic injectables market dynamics. Established network of clinics/doctors/nurses actively performing injectable treatments. Demonstrated go-to-market strategy experience, ideally launching a new injectable or consumable product. Excellent clinical communication, relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven and confident working autonomously. Why ParagonCare?
