Business Development Manager – Aesthetics Contract This well respected, global aesthetic company is renowned for its focus on patient care, education and support of its customers. They create pharmaceutical products and technologies that drive the advancement of aesthetic medicine and are renowned for their family‑like culture and supportive team environment; this is a happy workplace. This position focuses on their well‑respected injectable portfolio and their high‑end modality for skin tightening, in a short‑term, 6 to 9 month paternity leave contract. The Role Develop relationships with key customers that result in positive sales outcomes Achieve or exceed sales targets for products in the assigned territory Assist clinic owners in their business development to maximise returns on their investment Manage the key accounts across the Eastern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs and ACT by effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales Some regional travel will be required but minimal Develop strong partnerships with aesthetic businesses helping them to achieve their business goals through the use of your products Work collaboratively with other BDMs in NSW, company trainers, MSLs and other internal and external stakeholders Arrange and conduct sales demonstrations, training, workshops and presentations of product to customers Attend relevant industry conferences About you Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business Previous proven success selling aesthetic medical devices or aesthetic injectables Have a strong business mindset, commercial acumen and the ability to build business relationships to drive results Be energetic, driven, and demonstrate initiative along with a strong customer focus Successful team player with an absolute passion for aesthetics The Benefits A substantial base salary and flexi allowance Car allowance, superannuation and generous bonus structure World‑class training and career prospects Opportunity to enter the medical aesthetics market About EP Healthcare We specialise in recruitment in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry.
