Business Development Manager Business Development Manager - Mills&Co - Job Description Title: Business Development Manager Salary: $80-$85K inc Super plus monthly bonus and commission structure. Experience: 1.5-2 years Business Development / SDR / BDR experience. Location: Sydney CBD About Mills&Co Mills&Co works with agencies and technology companies to drive profile, pipeline and revenue through a joined up approach to content, events, PR and strategic lead generation. We act as an extension of our clients teams and are seen as a dedicated new business function. About the Role Leading the business development and lead generation efforts for leading agencies and technology companies across APAC. Clear progression aligned to performance. Strategic input into the growth plans for our clients and a chance to directly impact and be rewarded for their new business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive business development and led generation activity for agency and technology clients across APAC (via the phone, LinkedIn and email). Drive registrations and attendance to events Mills&Co produce and deliver for clients. Consultatively build relationships with prospective clients and book meetings for Mills&Co clients to progress and convert new business opportunities. Collaborate with the Business Development and Client Management teams to align B2B marketing activities with lead generation activity. Serve as the main Business Development point of contact for your allocated Mills&Co clients. Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and their internal team to ensure growth plans are executed. Lead weekly WIPs with clients, updating them on the progression of their new business pipeline growth. Maintain pipeline reports. Create meeting briefs for clients once meetings with prospective clients have been scheduled. Manage and optimise client CRMs and marketing automation tools to support pipeline growth. Track and analyse key performance metrics to improve activity effectiveness and ROI. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands‑on business development execution. Proficiency with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and B2B marketing tools (LinkedIn, Cognism, AirCall, Instantly.io, LinkedIn Ads).
