English Teacher and Assistant Year Coordinator Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. We are seeking a dynamic and engaging English Teacher with a passion for fostering a positive, supportive environment in both the classroom and the broader school community. This is a permanent, full time position and the role also includes the position of Assistant Year Coordinator for a designated Year Group, supporting the wellbeing and holistic development of students. Key Responsibilities: As an English Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality teaching to students from Years 7-10, with the opportunity to teach HSC English Advanced and/or Standard. Integrate ICT effectively into curriculum delivery, promoting engagement and learning. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, ensuring accessibility and excellence in education. Collaborate with a professional, collegial team to create a dynamic and enriching learning environment. As an Assistant Year Coordinator, you will: Assist the Year Coordinator in overseeing the wellbeing, academic progress, and co-curricular involvement of students in the designated Year Group. Support the implementation of Positive Education, promoting the overall mental and emotional wellbeing of students. Work closely with Mentors, providing day-to-day support to ensure the success and growth of each student in your care. To Apply: Please include a cover letter as the first page of your resume.
