We’re looking for a Brand Delivery Coordinator to support our team across brand, marketing, and digital projects. This role is ideal for someone with 4 years experience in marketing, communications, or creative project coordination — someone organised, confident with clients, and strong in written communication. You’ll help keep projects moving, prepare content and briefs, support client communication, and work closely with our designers and strategists to deliver great work. This is an in‑office role in our Brisbane CBD studio. Main Duties & Responsibilities Project & Client Coordination Support the planning and coordination of brand, marketing, and web projects. Assist with client communication, preparing updates, following up on tasks, and sending summaries. Join client meetings, take structured notes, and help prepare action items and follow‑ups. Ensure briefs, timelines, and deliverables are clear and documented. Work closely with our Brand Delivery team to keep projects on schedule. Marketing & Content Coordination Assist with preparing content for campaigns including EDMs, social posts, and website updates. Write and proofread short‑form copy for posts, emails, and basic campaign messaging. Support designers by preparing content, structuring documents, and checking layouts for accuracy. Upload and schedule content using tools such as Social Champ, Mailchimp, HubSpot and WordPress. Administration & Workflow Support Prepare presentations, client documents, and reports. Assist with project file management, naming conventions, and content organisation. Help coordinate internal deadlines, team updates, and task tracking in Scoro. Answer studio phone calls and assist with general administrative duties. What You Need to Succeed Experience & Qualifications 4+ years experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination. Experience working with clients or stakeholders (agency experience highly regarded). Strong writing and editing skills with a good grasp of tone, clarity, and brand messaging. Familiarity with content scheduling tools, CRM systems, or marketing platforms. Understanding of brand and digital project workflows (no senior strategy required). Knowledge & Skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident communicator — both written and verbal. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines at once. Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, developers, and strategists. Good problem‑solving instincts and proactive thinking.
