ROLE IN A NUTSHELL We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our Footwear & Accessories team at Designworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within one of Australia’s leading fashion and footwear groups. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales and Product Development team, ensuring smooth communication, timely order processing, and exceptional service for some of our most recognised retail partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Marketing to ensure product launches, deliveries, and retail presentations are executed seamlessly, all while developing your skills in account management within a fast-paced and supportive team. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Provide day-to-day account coordination support across key retail partners. Manage order processing, allocations, and delivery schedules. Liaise with retailers on product information, uploads, and imagery. Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Production, Logistics) to ensure on-time launches and campaigns. Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for customer meetings. Support product lifecycle administration, ensuring systems and documents are accurate and up to date. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in a wholesale or fashion environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with sharp attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Illustrator skills a plus). Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Passion for fashion, footwear, or consumer brands. Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
