Overview Account Coordinator – Social Media (Full-Time) Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Commencing mid JAN 2026. The Role We are looking for a full-time Account Coordinator to support our client service and creative teams across day-to-day production, account management and campaign delivery. This is an all-rounder role for someone proactive, switched-on and ready to say yes to whatever the day brings. You will help keep projects moving, assist with organising shoots, liaise with clients and creators, support reporting and admin tasks and bring energy to the studio. You will also be comfortable stepping in front of the camera for the occasional TikTok or behind-the-scenes moment when needed. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn the ropes of agency life while working on fashion and lifestyle brands. What You Will Do Support MD, AD and AM across client communication, scheduling, WIP tracking and admin Assist in organising and coordinating shoots including logistics, call sheets, product prep and on-the-day support Help with briefing creators, collecting content, managing approvals and tracking deliverables Support creative and social teams with community management, content scheduling and posting Assist with reporting including analytics pull, screenshotting performance, and assembling weekly or monthly reports Jump in on internal content and occasional TikToks or Reels when the team needs a friendly face Keep projects running smoothly by being organised, dependable and solution-focused Contribute to creative ideas, trend spotting and campaign thinking Help maintain our office culture by bringing energy, positivity and a can-do attitude What We Are Looking For Someone who lives and breathes social media, understands platform behaviour and stays across cultural moments A fast learner who is proactive, organised and unafraid to jump into new tasks.
