Subsurface Scuba is seeking a passionate and experienced Scuba Diving Instructor to join our team in Mooloolaba, QLD. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your other commitments. As a Scuba Diving Instructor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and guiding scuba diving experiences to our customers. What you'll be doing Conducting scuba diving certification courses for beginner and intermediate divers Leading guided scuba diving tours and excursions for individuals and groups Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants during diving activities Maintaining and inspecting diving equipment to the highest safety standards Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for all clients Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our diving programs What we're looking for A current PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or MSDT Strong knowledge of scuba diving equipment, safety protocols, and emergency procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively teach and guide divers of all skill levels A passion for the sport of scuba diving and a commitment to promoting safe and responsible diving practices Current first aid and CPR certification Must have Australian work rights or valid working visa to be eligible for this position What we offer At Subsurface Scuba, we are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
