Benefits Values based culture and a teams oriented working environment High level of technological innovation and systems Key Responsibilities Lead the Stormwater Engineering team on a strategic and day-to-day basis to provide a high quality, and performance focussed service, and to ensure a strong team culture with a focus on high performance and sustainable results. Co-ordinate and lead the effective management of Council's stormwater asset portfolio including investigation, design and delivery of assets, timely renewal of failed or underperforming assets, and ongoing maintenance and inspection cycles that ensure service levels and risks are maintained or improved. Effectively manage the delivery of a program of high-profile projects with competing and varying complexity within set deadlines, budget and resourcing constraints. Develop, implement and review Council's Stormwater Asset Management Plan and integration with the Long-Term Financial Plan (including management of asset valuations as required). Work collaboratively with other asset classes to bring efficiencies, continual improvement and quality of service.
