As our Office Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our Bunbury location. From preparing documents and managing enquiries, to coordinating meetings and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll be at the centre of our day-to-day operations and experience a varied role with growth potential. Working as a valued contributor within our People Team, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace — where no task is too big or too small. What do we need? Reliable, full-time availability (7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday) Someone self‑motivated, proactive and reliable A personality that promotes collaboration, belonging, and positivity The ability to focus on the finer details and an appreciation for accuracy Engaging customer service skills with a professional outlook Skills in prioritisation, organisation, and a willingness to undertake a varied and developing role within Administration As occasional travel may be required, you will have your own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence What can you bring? Your experience using Microsoft Office to handle a busy email account, create basic marketing materials and presentations, write documents and develop spreadsheets A keen technical aptitude to learn and use a variety of software programs and office equipment in our developing world Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English A positive attitude to all tasks and helping others, understanding some days will be varied, and others will be repetitive A self‑starter capacity with an emphasis on organisation and time management, always looking to keep busy Experience providing exceptional customer service within a professional environment would be desirable What do we offer you in return?
