Join Calvary Mater Newcastle Where Compassion Meets World-Class Care As a Clinical Nurse Educator with Cancer Care you will deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Operations Manager, Nurse Unit Manager, Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Consultants, to support the delivery of safe Patient care. You will be responsible for a portfolio of Key Performance Indicators and participate in continual quality improvement and projects within the unit. Relevant post-registration qualifications in cancer nursing and current Workplace Training and Assessment Cert IV or willingness to work towards same. Experience in developing and delivering education programs specific to Haematology and Medical Oncology. Demonstrated leadership, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Selection Criteria (Desirable) Well-rounded clinical experience in both Haematology and Medical Oncology, including management of complex conditions and therapies across these specialties.
