Our client, a recognisable and market leading fitness and wellness organisation is looking for a property lawyer to join their growing HQ team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property lawyer to progress their in‑house career at this forward‑thinking organisation and enjoy a supportive culture whilst working on and contributing to exciting growth plans and strategies. The Role Working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel and HQ team, you will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters. The work is varied, stimulating and hands‑on, with scope to work autonomously with the support of an experienced Senior Legal Counsel. Key responsibilities include: Advising on commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters Drafting, negotiating and reviewing property and leasing documentation Supporting acquisitions, disposals and property development projects Conducting due diligence across a range of property transactions Liaising directly with internal and external stakeholders Contributing to business development and the growth strategies We are looking for: 5–10 years’ PQE in commercial property law (leasing experience essential) Strong drafting skills and attention to detail Confidence dealing directly with stakeholdersAbility to work efficiently on multiple matters with autonomy and support Why Join?
