Start Date: Wednesday, 5 February 2026 Engagement Centres Monday 12 January 2026 to Wednesday 14 January 2026 Held at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville. You’ll complete a 7‑week, full‑time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role. Please note: You’ll be required to work full‑time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you’ll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model. Home Office Setup Requirements As this is a hybrid role, you’ll work from both the office and home. Suncorp will provide you with a laptop, but you’ll need to have: A reliable internet connection An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair) A private and distraction‑free workspace Ready to Make an Impact?
