Graduate Structural Engineer role at SOTO Group involves working on complex industrial projects in a collaborative team environment in Unanderra, NSW. About You The company is looking for: A degree-qualified Structural Engineer with a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited Australian university. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with abstract and concrete variables. Understanding of engineering standards and compliance principles. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
