Graduate Structural Engineer role at SOTO Group involves working on complex industrial projects in a collaborative team environment in Unanderra, NSW. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Contributing to technically challenging structural engineering projects. Collaborating with a team of experienced professionals in an office-based setting. Applying engineering standards and compliance principles to project tasks. Interpreting technical instructions and working with both abstract and concrete variables. Taking ownership of assigned tasks while developing technical and professional skills. About You The company is looking for: A degree-qualified Structural Engineer with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering from an accredited Australian university. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical instructions and work with abstract and concrete variables. Understanding of engineering standards and compliance principles. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
