Accruent Senior Product Manager – Hybrid – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Fortive Corporation and Accruent are leading providers of solutions for the built environment, unifying real estate, physical and digital assets, and the integrated technology systems that connect and control them. Core Responsibilities Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy, including long-term goals, market positioning, and growth opportunities in partnership with the Product Line GM. Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and translate findings into product decisions. Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining vision and key milestones for product development and evolution. Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and effective execution of the product strategy. Act as primary stakeholder contact, providing regular updates on product progress and soliciting feedback. Define and prioritize features and initiatives, balancing customer feedback, business goals, and technical constraints. Guide product development from concept to launch, working closely with the Product Owner and agile teams. Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with product marketing, influencing marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer training. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, track performance, and make data‑driven decisions. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to end‑of‑life, including updates, enhancements, and retirements. Develop and manage the product budget, controlling resources and costs. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product and address issues or areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of proven product management experience, including a track record of successful product launches. Strong understanding of Agile and product management methodologies. Experience building AI tooling, analytics, and predictive intelligence into products, with concrete examples. Analytical mindset and ability to use data to drive decision‑making. Market research and competitive analysis skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Optional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC), Project Management Professional (PMP).
