Hybrid Manager, Product Management – Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Reporting to Sr. Director, Product Management – Asset Optimization Solutions. Team: APAC-based Product Managers, Product Owners, and UI Designers. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach a cross‑functional team of product managers, product owners, and UI designers across EMEA and APAC. Product Ownership & Execution: Drive day‑to‑day execution of product roadmaps for EDMS, oversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering and Design. Customer & Market Insight: Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows, pain points, and industry requirements; use insights to inform product decisions and value‑driven innovation. Regional Collaboration & Support: Serve as local product leadership presence in APAC; partner closely with regional Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Support teams to understand needs and support go‑to‑market activities. Alignment with Global Product Strategy: Ensure all product initiatives align with overarching product vision and architectural direction; participate in global product planning and strategy discussions. Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization across product development lifecycle; use data and feedback loops to refine workflows and improve outcomes. Qualifications & Experience 6+ years product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software; at least 2+ years in people leadership. Experience managing product teams in a global or regional structure. Proven success leading cross‑functional teams through full product lifecycle in complex B2B software. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product ownership best practices. Deep customer empathy and experience conducting discovery, interviews, or market research. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and functions. Background or familiarity with EDMS, asset management, compliance‑driven industries, or engineering document workflows is a strong plus. Bonus or equity is part of the total compensation package.
