To excel in this career‑advancing opportunity, you’ll need to be a dynamic Service professional with strong Motorcycle or Automotive Dealership operational and frontline service exposure, with tenacious drive and an ability to clearly demonstrate a proven track record of success delivering customer satisfaction and profitable operational performance across a premium branded Motorcycle service department. Excellent salary, bonus & benefits of offer depending on experience. Working hours, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm. Responsibilities Drive professionalism among the Service advisory team & workshop technicians, mentoring, upskilling to continually improve skill levels and promote a harmonious team‑spirited culture in the workplace. Provide a quality service to customers who want to book their Harley Davidson motorcycles in for service and/or repair work. Delegate and direct workflow with authority to ensure Service Department targets and deadlines are achieved. Maintain a smooth‑running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Allocate service jobs to technicians based on skill level and resource utilisation. Proactively manage the productivity & efficiency of technicians ensuring service benchmarks are achieved & surpassed. Manage the end‑to‑end service experience including booking appointments via phone, email & face to face. Liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work. Deal with customers' service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customers' complete satisfaction. Estimate costs and completion times at the point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers. Liaise with H‑D, ensuring all warranty related queries & claims are processed within timelines. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ senior service advisory / management experience in a fact paced, customer focused dealership environment, ideally within the Motorcycle/Automotive Industry. A Passion for and strong knowledge of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service/care. Solution focused with strong listening & problem‑solving skills. Strong Mechanical, Parts and technical understanding of Motorcycles is essential. Calm with a positive conscientious work ethos and proactive “Can‑Do, Will Do” demeanour. Respectful, courteous to customers and colleagues. Career Focused, resilient with a desire to lead, taking ownership responsibility to develop a long‑term management career. Honest with high levels of energy and integrity. Excellent communication, organisation and inter‑personal skills. Computer literate with strong attention to detail and DMS exposure, ideally Revolution. Motorcycle Riders licence.
